Livingston ISD Announces Campus Leadership and Teaching Opportunities

LIVINGSTON, Texas — Livingston Independent School District is currently seeking qualified applicants to fill several campus leadership and teaching positions as the district prepares for upcoming school years.
According to the district, multiple campus leadership roles are now open across Livingston ISD campuses. These positions include:
Livingston Junior High Associate Principal – Academics
Livingston High School Assistant Principal
Livingston Junior High Assistant Principal
Creekside Elementary Assistant Principal
In addition to leadership openings, Livingston ISD has also opened a pool for current and anticipated teaching positions across all campuses and grade levels.
District officials say the openings are part of their continued effort to recruit dedicated educators and leaders committed to supporting student success.
Competitive Teacher Pay and Incentives
Livingston ISD reports that its starting teacher salary is $60,000, with additional increases based on experience.
The district also offers incentive programs designed to retain and reward educators, including:
Teacher Retention Allotment:
$4,000 for educators with 3–4 years of experience
$8,000 for educators with 5 or more years of experience
Teacher Incentive Allotment, which is available for many positions based on performance and program eligibility.
